Gina Rivera is a hairstylist first.

Long before becoming the founder of Phenix Salon Suites and a nationally recognized beauty entrepreneur, Gina grew up in the salon industry, literally sweeping hair from the floors of her parents’ salon. Her family’s roots in professional beauty date back to 1929, with generations of hairstylists, barbers, salon owners, and beauty industry professionals shaping her passion for the craft.

Gina has spent more than 42,000 hours behind the chair, working directly with clients and understanding what it truly takes to create beautiful hair, build loyalty, and succeed as a professional stylist.

That firsthand experience is the heart behind COLOURS by Gina.

Created by a stylist for stylists, COLOURS by Gina was designed around the realities of today's professional: creativity, performance, healthy-looking hair, smart inventory, and profitability. Gina understands that every formula, every appointment, and every client matter because she has lived it herself.
